The short version

TearOff Quote turns photos of your job notes into quotes and invoices. We keep your information so the app works, we don't sell it, and only you can see your documents.

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in.
• Your company details and logo, to put on your documents.
• The photos you take and the quotes and invoices made from them.
• Your customers' names, addresses and phone numbers that appear in your notes.
• Billing status from Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Who helps us run TearOff Quote

• Supabase: stores your account, documents, photos and PDFs.
• Anthropic: reads the text in your photos to fill in the form, and reads a quote or invoice you upload as your layout to find the spots that change for each job.
• CloudConvert: turns documents made from your own Word layout into PDFs. It gets only the filled-in document and deletes it within 24 hours.
• Stripe: handles payments for Pro.
• Vercel: hosts the website.
• Upstash: limits how often photos can be sent, to prevent abuse.

Keeping it private

Each account can only see its own documents. Photos and PDFs are stored privately and opened through links that expire after a short time.

Deleting your data
